Step 1

First, set a clear and powerful resolution. You should envision yourself having that ideal body weight. This way, you will be aiming for a goal, and not just because someone dictated you to do so. Remember, this is for your benefit.

Second, assess your lifestyle. The problem will always start with how you live on a daily basis. If you are fond of eating fast food, then it is time you start eating home made meals.
