  • A succesful weight loss program will bring about life style changes easily adaptable to your busy life. The changes will include new foods, new eating habits, an increase in your physical activities and a new way of thinking.

You will get accustomed to the changes you introduce into your lifestyle and eventualy, without you even noticing, they will become an automatic part of your daily routine
  • Mistakes will happen. Do not berate yourself for making a mistake. Acknowledge and accept the mistake. Think about it for a few minutes and determine what caused you to err and how you can prevent it in the future. Then, move on.

The following 3 tips are simple and easy to achieve. These tips will give you a serious boost as you begin your weight loss journey. Apply these tips to your weight loss program for the next 2 weeks and you will be amaazed with the results.

If you are a serious coffee drinker, a sudden withdrawal of caffeine is not recommended. If drinking coffe, please do not use sugar or whiteners in your coffee.
  • Remove sugars from your diet. Do not eat any foods including salad dressings and fat-free products that have simple sugars, corn syrups (or other syrups), molasses listed as one of the first five ingredients. (please read the labels!)
  • Start walking. Walk about 30 minutes per day. Do not use you car for short trips. Walk.

For North America to be healthy, we need to lose weight naturally and effectively for permanent results. It is interesting to note that per capita, North Americans are the most overweight people, yet Americans buy more, try more and spend more on weight loss programs than any other people in the world.

We are presented with a barrage of weight loss programs, gimmicks and scams online and offline. Programs that invade various parts of our bodies, programs that promote pills, potions and other chemicals, programs that want to deprive our bodies of essential nutrients in form of low fat, no fat, lo carbs, no carbs, meal replacement shake diets and programs that offer machinery and rigorous unnatural forms of exercise. Results of most of these tedious, nutrition depriving or nutrition altering and often expensive programs simply do not yield permanent results.

Our children need to lose weight. Childhood obesity has now been declared a lethal epidemic that is threatening the future of our children. With 1 out of 3 children obese and overall, 80% of Americans overweight and obese the time has come for a turnaround.

We have to use healthy eating diets that can lead us towards changing our lifestyles, so that we, as a continent, will become healthy and fit and most importantly we will be able to combat the ugly threat to the health and welfare of us all, namely, the childhood overweight and obesity.
